The development occupies a large house and garden site, set in a semi-rural location. The site slopes steeply to Cottingley beck.
The design solution maximised the development potential of the site whilst retaining the open beck on its present alignment.
The design consists of 2 blocks comprising 20 one and two bed apartments and penthouse for open sale, with a bridge link spanning the beck.
