A Development of 46 one, two and three bedroom retirement apartments on a prominent former quarry site close to the centre of Brighouse.
The project was a phased development and includes communal library, lounge, kitchen and laundry areas. The scheme provides a secure environment for retired people with 24 hour warden assistance.
The scheme was designed to maintain a large number of mature trees on the site with a sheltered parking court at the rear.
