Langtry-Langton Architects, is a Bradford based architectural practice, established in 1935. The Practice has a large client base and is involved in a wide range of projects including, Education, Sport & Leisure, Specialist Housing, Healthcare, Social Housing, Listed Building and Places of Worship.

 We have been responsible for the delivery of over 40 new schools and in excess of 250 significant remodelling and extension projects — we are currently retained at over 50 schools as architectural advisors. Our design teams are experienced and committed to making high quality school buildings for the whole team to be proud of.

 Langtry-Langton Architects has widespread experience in the design and provision of Specialist Housing for Older and Vulnerable people. Our first Extra Care scheme was delivered in 1999. Since then 25 specialist housing schemes providing over 1500 units, have been successfully delivered in partnership with Housing Associations and Local Authorities. We are confident that our design teams are experienced and committed to producing high quality developments for the whole team to be proud of.

 The Practice is committed to Partnership working and has extensive experience in this type of collaborative working. We have recently completed over £85 million of construction projects which have been delivered under partnering arrangements.

 All our buildings are responsive to social change and our designs reflect, and respond to the crisis of Global warming. Our building are always designed to be constructed an operate in the most energy efficient manner possible – Our £14m pathfinder scheme in North Tyneside has received a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating – providing some of the most energy efficient housing in the country.
