The scheme involved the demolition of the existing interior of Church undercroft, substantial groundworks and retainment to form access ramps, and a lift to an outdoor social activity area.
The brief was to create a sustainable community resource, including crèche, training and advice rooms, boardroom, community café, training kitchen and outreach offices.
